Emily Wecht

Ms. Wecht represents clients who were injured while passengers on public transportation such as streetcars, subways, buses, trolleys, and MUNI cable cars.

Emily received a B.A. from Cornell University and thereafter entered Hastings College of the Law where she served as editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. During her time at Santa Clara she worked as an extern for the Honorable Richard Kramer at the San Francisco Superior Court.

Following law school, Emily served as a legal research assistant at the San Francisco Superior Court. At the superior court, she worked on a wide variety of civil cases including cases against MUNI.
