Kevin Domecus

Mr. Domecus has broad experience in a wide range of cases involving both spinal cord and brain injury. In the field of medical negligence he has successfully arbitrated or settled multiple cases which have involved brain stem compression, intracranial bleeding, hypoxic brain damage and other catastrophic injuries occurring at birth. He has also represented clients who have sustained traumatic brain injury secondary to Municipal Railway negligence, injuries, falls and vehicular accidents. Mr. Domecus is currently "of counsel" to the firm. He initially joined our firm as an associate in 1979, and became a partner in 1987. He has tried cases in State and Federal Court and arbitrated medical malpractice and other claims against HMO's including Kaiser Foundation Health Plan. Mr. Domecus is rated "AV" (highest rating) by Martindale-Hubbell, the authoritative resource for information on the legal profession. He is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Domecus focuses on case intake and screening as well as assisting senior firm members with the prosecution of complex spinal cord injury and brain damage cases. |
