Michon Herrin

Ms. Herrin, who is licensed in both California and Nevada, has successfully represented clients who were injured while passengers on public transportation such as streetcars, subways, buses, trolleys, and MUNI cable cars. She has also represented people who were injured in collisions due to the negligent operation of public transit vehicles, and those injured by dangerous conditions at public transit stations. Michon graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California and thereafter entered Santa Clara University School of Law where she served as editor for the Santa Clara Computer and High Technology Law Journal and sat on the board of the Jessup International Moot Court. During her time at Santa Clara she worked as an extern at the San Mateo District Attorney's Office, and completed externships in Vietnam and Singapore. Following law school, Michon served as law clerk for the Honorable Connie J. Steinheimer of the Second Judicial District Court, State of Nevada. During her tenure, she worked on a wide variety of matters including personal injury cases involving City and State agencies. Ms. Herrin is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada. She sits on the Trial Lawyer of the Year Committee for the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA), and also belongs to the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association (NTLA), the Italian American Bar Association, and the McFetridge Inn of Court. |
