DOUGLAS SAELTZER: In catastrophic injury cases when Muni causes a serious injury we have hired experts, medical experts, rehabilitation experts of the highest quality in the medical community in the Bay area to explain exactly what the rehabilitation needs are, what the costs are, most importantly in the future and what the future requirements will be for such a profound injury.
