RICHARD SCHOENBERGER: The truth is that there are too many Muni tragic collisions. We're really not critical of the policies and procedures that Muni has with respect to guiding their operators, our criticism really rests with the training they must be receiving and/or their ability to follow those policies and procedures and while sometimes accidents occur due to the fault of others, what we have found is that the majority of the time these tragic collisions involving Muni operators are directly attributable to the Muni operators not following the training that exists in those policies and procedure manuals. It's really sad to us that this epidemic of tragedies is not slowing. What we would appreciate is that they would be consistent with respect to their safety and consistent with respect to accepting responsibility, at the end of the day that will make everyone safe and that's ultimately our goal as consumer attorneys. You know we have been doing this for 50-years here at Walkup, we have a team of lawyers who have prosecuted cases in all kinds of categories, but especially as it relates to these disasters that happen as a result of Muni Accidents. We take that job very, very seriously and the city is very familiar with our work. It's a recipe that has worked for generations, it's not a recipe that we are about to change.
